Quality Assurance
Every piece starts as a fallen areca sheath. We sort, form and check so hospitality and retail buyers receive consistent, food-contact tableware.
What we check
Incoming sheaths are graded for thickness, moisture and surface. Formed plates, bowls and trays are inspected for cracks, warping, trim and packing count before they leave our facility.
Natural variation
Leaf fibre shows its own grain and tone. That is expected. What we do not ship is product with structural faults or packing errors that would fail in service.
Export packing
Cartons are packed to protect edges in transit. Lot details can be shared with wholesale and private-label buyers on request. See packaging and shipping for the export process.
